9. To ensure our Business Development staff work closely with the client and Coaches to reliably deliver what we promise to them.

To recruit high quality Coaches who always follow our procedures and work closely with both the Business Development staff and Administration to produce the best training possible for the client, and who have a commitment to improving what has gone before. 11. To strictly follow the internal standards of our company to ensure maximum quality control, and the smooth operation of both public and in-company courses.
